Employee Salary Deduction Agreement

The employees of TER Quarry Ltd agreed to deduct Gh₵150 from each of their salaries every month from January to June 2023. The total monthly deductions of Gh₵300 will be given to Ms. Evelyn Afefa Banahene for the upkeep of her child until paternity is established. UNDERTAKING
We the undersigned employees of TER Quarry Ltd, Abutia do hereby agree and
request Management to deduct an amount of One Hundred and Fifty Ghana cedis
(Gh₵150.00) each from our salaries every month, starting from January, 2023 to
around June, 2023.
The total monthly deduction (Gh₵300.00) is to be given to Ms. Evelyn Afefa
Banahene for their upkeep until the paternity of the child is established.
It is also agreed that the total contribution and a pacification amount would be paid
back as a refund to any of the two men proven to be innocent after the test.
