STATUTORY DECLARATION

I/We [■] (**NRIC No./Passport No. [■]) presently of [■] is/are of full age do hereby solemnly and sincerely declare
that:-

1) I/We am/are not bankrupt nor am/are I/we aware of any bankruptcy petition filed against me/us in any Court
of law, or of any circumstances which could result in me/us being adjudicated bankrupt;

2) I/We am/are not in default of any agreement to which I/we am/are a party or by which I/we am/are bound and
there is no litigation, arbitration or administrative proceedings threatened or currently taken against me/us that
might materially affect my/our solvency status under the laws of Malaysia or any other jurisdiction.

3) I/We am/are/will be the registered owner(s) or purchaser(s) of the entire **residential/commercial property known
as [■] (the “Property”) erected or to be erected on the land held under **master title(s)/individual title(s) [■].

4) I/We will personally occupy the Property.

5) I/We will immediately pay the entire amount claimed by the Bank if the Bank finds this declaration to be false or
incorrect during the tenure of the Facility. Such amount claimed may include all interest, fees and charges incurred
on the Facility.

6) I/We have been granted this housing loan/financing under the “My First Home Scheme” and confirm the Property
is my/our first residential property. My/Our total loan/financing obligations (including each monthly instalment
amount under the Facility) are not higher than my/our monthly income. (N.B. This declaration is only applicable
for financing under My First Home Scheme).

7) I/We currently do not have more than two (2) housing loans/financing facilities (including this Facility) with any
other lender, financier or banking institution, whether as sole account holder or joint account holder.**

8) I/We declare that the purchase price for the Property as stated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement is net of any
discount, price adjustment, rebate or other benefits from the developer (including but not limited to gifts or other
arrangements by the developer to bear any costs related to the purchase of the Property) which may distort the true
value of the Property. (N.B. This declaration is only applicable for property under construction).

9) I/We am/are fully aware that it is a criminal offence to induce the Bank to grant the Facility on the basis of a false
declaration.
