In order to confront this challenge, It is imperative to look for some effective
measures.

Secondly, Governments should propose new measures to activate agriculture or
farming, forinstance, enable financial rewards for young entrepreneurs. To such an

Despite this, there are some general ideas, logical and prudent, which can be
adapted and which we can suggest to our most close friends with the purpose of
removing the burden of being too much stress in their daily life. However, if the

issue falls into a routine, the best suggestion that we can make is to consult with a
specialist.
In order to give some advice, if it were up to me, I would propose to take quality
time for ourselves. It may be so simple but, nowadays, it is becoming very weird to
have enough time tothink about our ambitions, the people we love, or the things
we like.
It is not only about resting, watching Netflix and, finally, disconnect; in fact, is about
make the most our free time.
In addition, another action to take into account: stop taking the blame for all which
occurs to ourselves. Much of the difficulties we must face in life, happen
accidentally. So, thereis no need to feel responsible of them: let accept them and
move on.
