GIIAS 2023
Space Inquiries Regulation
a. Exhibitors (Official Brand Representatives) with more than one brand with different categories
can reserve more than one exhibit space per category.
Example: PT. ABC can reserve multiple booth spaces for its brands in three different
categories: for Brand 1 in Tools category, Brand 2 in Car Care category, and Brand 3 in
Spare Parts category.
b. Upon acceptance, Exhibitor will be assigned exhibit space as requested in the form. However,
due to the space limitation, the Organizer reserves the right to modify and adjust Exhibitor's
space in accordance with the available space.
c. As a confirmation of participation in GIIAS exhibitions, Exhibitor will be given Form A on the
day of booth space assignment draw. The form must be filled out and returned to the
Organizer no later than 20 working days after the draw. Please note that invitation to the
booth space draw will be informed as early as possible by the Organizer.
d. Request to downsize or reduce space from Exhibitor will be subject to penalty, which will
eliminate Exhibitor from the booth space assignment draw for GIIAS 2024 exhibitions.
