Scope and Delimitation of the Study
Definition of Terms
For the purpose of clarification and a better understanding of this study,
the following:
Level of Implementation. This term means the carrying out, execution,
or practice of a plan, a method, or any design, idea, model, specification,
standard or policy for doing something (Hughes 2014). As used in the study, this
refers to how well the school executes the WinS guidelines issued by the
Department of Education through DepEd Order No. 10, s.2016 that specifically
targets five critical areas:
