5. Ifa advises the person for whom this Odu is revealed to offer
ebo against the wrath of Obaluaye. Ifa says that a serious
health issue is coming from the way. This person need to
offer ebo so that there will not be problem. Ifa advises this
person to offer ebo with two matured he-goats, one she-
goat, one ram, one ewe, four roosters, four guinea-fowls,
four pigeons, four hens and money. he/she also needs to
prepare roasted corn, yam pottage, and use them to feed
Obaluaye. One of the he-goats will be used to feed
Obaluaye and the she-goat will be used to feed Ifa, plenty of
mashed corn meal will also be added to the material that will
be used to feed Obaluaye. All the internal organs of the
second he-goats shall be used to feed the elders of the
night. On this, Ifa says:

6. Ifa says that there is the need to offer ebo and take proper
care of somebody who is having health challenges. Ifa says
that this person need to procure two matured she-goats.
One of the she goats will be taking to the riverside together
with kolanuts, bittekola, palm-oil and alcohol. The she goat
will be pulled into the river. It will be realized that the more
they tried to pull the she-goat into the river, the more the
she-goat will be moving backward. If this is the case, then
they need to take the she-goat back to the house and
slaughter it to feed Ifa. Death will run away from the ill
person. However, if the she-goat walk into the river, it is not
advisable to slaughter the she-goat at all. All the ebo
materials must be returned to the person for whom the Odu
