EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE RESOLUTION NO. 1 S 2023

A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE REQUEST FOR THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN HEADED BY VICE
MAYOR RUDY DAMASING THROUGH MUNICIPAL MAYOR EMMANUEL S. MUGOT, ALLOWING
THE CONSTRUCTION OF DOH 10 FUNDED BARANGAY HEALTH STATION IN FAVOR OF BLGU
BURNAY ON A MUNICIPAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT-OWNED PROPERTIES UNDER LOT NO. 13634
AND TAX DECLARATION NO. 0819000206390 IN BURNAY, GITAGUM, MISAMIS ORIENTAL;

WHEREAS, The Department of Health Region 10 (DOH-10) allocated One Million Pesos (Php
1,000,000.00) for the construction of a Barangay Health Station (BHS) for the Barangay Local
Government of Burnay, this municipality;

WHEREAS, DOH 10 requires a lot with an area of 10 square meters by 10 square meters for the
construction of BHS;

WHEREAS, BLUG Burnay has no lot available;

WHEREAS, the Local Government of Gitagum owns property in Purok 3, Poblacion, Gitagum,
Misamis Oriental under Lot No. 13634 and Tax Declaration No. 0819000206390 with an area of
1.1024 hectares;

WHEREAS, presented for consideration of the Committee a letter dated 9 February 2023 of
Barangay Burnay Council headed by Romulo L. Terrado, requesting the passage of a resolution
allowing the construction of Department of Health 10 funded Barangay Health Station at a
property owned by LGU Gitagum at Purok 3, Burnay, Misamis Oriental;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, after thorough deliberation, the Municipal Development


Council Executive Committee decided to endorse the request of the Barangay Council of Burnay,
this municipality, for the issuance of a resolution allowing the construction of DOH 10 funded
Barangay Health Station on a Municipal Local Government-owned properties under Lot No.
13634 and Tax Declaration No. 0819000206390;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the Sangguniang Bayan of
Gitagum, Misamis Oriental, for their approval and appropriate action;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 9th day of February 2023, during the MDRRMC and Municipal
Development Council Executive Committee Meeting, at 3 rd Floor Annex Building, Municipal Hall,
Poblacion, Gitagum, Misamis Oriental.
