RESOLUTION NO. 03
SERIES OF 2022

“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HONORABLE JENRY E. MONTANTE OF


KITCHARAO, AGUSAN DEL NORTE TO ALLOCATE FUND FOR THE
RENOVATION OF THE BARANGAY HALL OF BARANGAY CANAWAY.”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Hall of Barangay Canaway was constructed in the 1990s and has not
been funded and improved for years. It is already in a state of dilapidation and needs
improvement;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council is planning to renovate and repair all the damages of the
barangay hall;

WHEREAS, the said project is one of the priority projects of this barangay, however it cannot
be realized due to insufficient funds;

WHEREAS, as there is no appropriation for this project, the sangguniang Barangay resolved of
seeking the assistance of Municipal Officials of Kitcharao.

NOW THEREFORE;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Barangay Development Council (BDC) in


the regular session assembled, to respectfully request Honorable Jenry E. Montante the
Municipal Mayor of Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte, to allocate fund for rehabilitation and
improvement of the barangay hall of barangay canaway;

ADOPTED, 4th day of October, 2022 seconded by Barangay Kagawad Misael G. Dagangon.

LET, copies of this resolution be furnished to the Municipal Development Council (MDC),
Sangguniang Bayan Office this Municipality for favorable action and endorsement.

DONE AND APPROVED this 4th day of October, 2022 during the regular session on October
2022 and sponsored by Punong Barangay Charlemin P. Morales and duly seconded by all
Barangay Kagawad present during session.
