Study Guide in BPE 1202
ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY OF HUMAN MOVEMENT
Course Facilitator: Dr. Necil C. Magno
I. Course No. and Title: BPE 1202- Anatomy and Physiology of Human Movement
II. School Year/Semester Offered: 2nd Sem 2022-2023
III. Course Description: The course provides an understanding of the structure of the body
and how they operate as systems. Students use anatomical models and digital media to provide
a basis for understanding the structure and function of the human body in terms of how it
responds and adapts to physical activities in all its forms.
IV. Course Credit/Unit: 3 units
V. Course Outcomes: At the end of the semester, the students must have:
1. elucidated the different systems of the human body and its functions;
2. discussed the importance of movements in the human systems; and
3. applied movements and understood its functions in the different systems of
the body.
