2.Upgrading UI
2.1 Format SD card as shown in below figure:
System format: FAT32
Allocation type size: 4096
Quick format
2.2 Copy file folder to root directory of SD card
Remark: Please do not change the folder name, otherwise the upgrade will fail.
2.3 Check the UI upgrade port

Version A：There is SD card port Version B：No SD card port
Version A：Switch off machine，insert SD card into the UI upgrade SD card port. Switch on，The
interface jumps after the display turns blue，after about 30 seconds，upgrade successfully and take
out SD card after the interface stops switch.
Version B：Switch off machine, open machien，insert the SD card into the SD card of the display
screen and Switch on ， the interface jumps after the display turns blue. After about 30 seconds,
upgrade successfully and take out SD card after the interface stops switch.
Remark ： In order to facilitate the UI upgrade, the display needs to be removed. Pay
attention to the four fixing screws when replacing the display screen. Also pay attention to
each cable to prevent damage. The UI interface of the new instrument has been received
under the power switch, and upgrading the UI is not allowed to disassemble the instrument.
3. Panel software upgrade
3.1 Connect instrument with laptop by RS-232 serial port cable，as below：
3.2 Use【Update Online China】 program，select serial port, baud rate 115200，Checking
Code:None，then click Open, as below pic：
3.3 Click“View”，select upgrade software：
Note：Selecting Online upgrading file .bin， ，the primary downloading
file .hex only for before v01.00.04.
3.4 Perform upgrade program, click “upgrade”，until shown 100％ would be done ，and power
off machine to resume。
4. Parameters setting
4.1 After the UI and software upgrade is completed, the machine needs to be set and parameter
restored
4.2 Switch on, enter System -> Calibration (Password 568900), click signal “Signal cal” to enter k
and b calibration interface, record k1 and b1 values( Also Record if there arek2、b2 and
threshold values), and std value in calibrate interface 点
4.3 Enter System -> Maintenance, click “Format Memory” (Password 080926)
4.4 Switch on after format is done, enter system -> calibrate interface (Password568900), click
“Signal Cal”，restore k1, b1 recorded in step 1（If there are k2, b2, threshold, restore them together,
if not, you need to set k2 = k1, b2 = b1, threshold = 5）。
4.5 Restore “std value” in calibrate interface.
