Album feature of PowerPoint.
Follow these steps:
1. Click on the Insert tab.
2. Click on the drop-down arrow
under the Photo Album option
in the Images group and choose
the New Photo Album option.

ANNOTATION IN POWERPOINT
When the multiple slides are displayed together in sequence in full-
screen mode, it is called a slide show. We show the presentation to the
audience by running a slide show.

important point. This is called annotation. The Pen tool helps us do the
annotations during a slide show.
Start the slide show by pressing F5 key and follow these steps for annotation:

ANIMATION EFFECTS.
Animation effects enhance the visual appeal of the presentation and
help us grab the attention of the audience. PowerPoint offers many
animation effects. We can add animation effects to objects such as text,
pictures, charts and so on
Adding an Animation Effect
Select an object to be animated
and follow these steps:
1, Click on the Animations
tab.

Changing the Order of Animation Effects
We can apply animation effects to multiple objects on the slide. Let us
learn to change the order in which the animated objects appear during a
slide show.
Follow these steps:
1. Click on the
Animations tab.
2. Click on the
Animation
Pane option in
the Advanced
Animation group.
The Animation
Pane appears on
the right side of the PowerPoint window. The Animation Pane shows
all the animation effects for the current slide in the order they will
appear during a slideshow.

3. Drag the effect up or down or make use of the Reorder buttons
at the top of the Animation Pane to change the order in which
the effects will appear during the slide show.

TRANSITION EFFECTS
Transition effects appear when one slide changes to the other during a
slide show. We can add the same transition effect to all the slides or give
a different transition effect to every slide.
Select the slide and follow these steps to add transition effects:
1. Click on the Transitions tab (Fig. 5.12).
2. Click the More button in the Transition to This Slide group to display
all the transition effects.

2. Enter the number of copies to be printed in the Copies box.
3. Select the printer to be used for printing.
4. Choose the slides to be printed. We may choose one of the
following options:
+ Print All Slides + Print Selection
+ Print Current Slide + Custom Range to print specific slides
