Hey ....., hope your having a great day

I've got an issue unfortunately, Ive tried using my vacuum cleaner and my battery
is constantly flashing red, roughly about 20 times. I have done a lot of
troubleshooting and come to the conclusion that it is most definately a battery
issue. Ive actually also tested this by using a different battery from my friends
vacuum and it worked flawlessly.
Could something please be done for me, perhaps a battery replacement if my warranty
covers it?

I've got an issue unfortunately, my hoovers mainbody display is not currently


working. It keeps flashing red. I have done a lot of troubleshoot and found its a
main body issue, I have actually also used a different main body part from my
friend and it worked, could I please get a main body replacement if my warranty
covers it?

yeah of course, but I cant find my serial at the moment, can you find it with just

if its not too much to ask, could I receive a filter (or bin or wand) replacement
also? as mine cracked and struggles to click in properly, i was going to buy one if
not, thank you!
