HS TILE ADHESIVE WHITE

DESCRIPTION: This is a single component ready-made polymer modified water resistant cement
based powder tile adhesive. It is designed for fixing ceramic tiles, Vitrified tiles and small format
stone on interior floor & wall.

HS TILE ADHESIVE WHITE is ideal for joining the following substrates:

Cement Terrazzo
Existing Natural Stone*
*Surface to be cleaned before application.
DIRECTION FOR USE:
Surface preparation
Prior to application of HS TILE ADHESIVE WHITE all surfaces must be cleaned properly from all
kind of dust, foreign particles/ or any loose materials and also any kind laitance, oil& grease which
may affect the adhesion strength .
Areas of weak or honey-combed base surface should be sufficiently made flat to permit the
specified thickness. Fill dynamic joints with suitable joint fillers.
During application there should not be any standing water. It is better to wet the back of the tiles
before application.

Mixing
HS Tile adhesive white is mixed with potable water (always pour water into powder & not the
reverse) thoroughly until a lumps free mortar mix is obtained (at least 3 min mixing is necessary).
A 25 kg bag of powder requires 6.5 Lt. to 7.5 Lt of water. The adhesive is immediately ready for
use .No further water should be added.
Application:
Apply HS Tile adhesive white at required thickness and smoothen using flat trowel.
Clean off surplus adhesive from the surface
Do not use in damp conditions

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Shelf life 12 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened condition
Storage Store in cool and dry place, free from direct sunlight and frost. Approx.
temp range (+) 5 °C to 40°C. In tropical climate the product must be
stored in an air conditioned environment.
Packs Supplied in 25 kg HDPE bags.
Health & Safety Wear hand gloves, safety shoes and safety goggles while using and
precaution handling the product. In case eyes or mouth are affected wash with
plenty of clean water and seek medical treatment immediately. Before
use, refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
