uniform will be a reflection of the team and the school.

behavior. You are a leader and a role model.

Attendance
Attendance is MANDITORY at all practices and activities. Please be on time and
ready to participate. Athletes sidelined due to injuries are still expected to attend
practices as determined by coaches.
Students are required to attend (4) four days of full practices a week. Should your
child need to miss (1) one day of practice for the week, a note will need to be
submitted from parent/guardian to a coach before or the day after absence. If your
child receives an unexcused absence in a week or is absent for more than (1) one day,
your child will not be allowed to participate for competition that week. Due to the
time constraints and demands of competition, we cannot allow excessive absences to
be a detriment.
If your child is asked to leave practice for inappropriate behavior. This will result in
an unexcused absence and they will not be allowed to participate for competition that
week.
Transportation
Team members are required to ride the bus to and from events. Exceptions can be
made if advance notice is given and approved, notice needs to be discussed by
Wednesday of each week. Team members may be released only to their parent or
legal guardian if they are not riding back to school with the team.
Transportation home from school must be arranged in advance. Schedules are passed
out in advance so arrangements can be made as soon as possible. It is each athlete’s
responsibility to confirm their transportation before the day of the event. For safety
reasons we discourage athletes from walking home at night. Car pooling is
encouraged. You should leave campus no later than 15 minutes after we return
from any event.
After practice, athletes are expected to go straight home. The office will be closed
when we finish practice, so transportation needs to be arranged in advance. You
should leave campus again no later than 15 minutes after practice has ended.
Dress
All team members will dress in full uniform on meet days. You may not wear
anything that is not part of the team (Jackets and Sweats are allowed). Anyone out of
uniform will be benched from the meet.

athletes do not hide illness in order to get in the game. If you are not in school, you
should not be present at any athletic or social function in the evening. If you are
absent on Friday, you may not participate on Saturday. Showing up at an event or
function will result in school based consequences.
