BALIKBAYAN COUPLE:

Balikbayan U.S Navy Captain John Foster San Diego California is married to a Filipina from
Cabadbaran City in Agusan del Norte. Mrs. Julie Foster has called your office/ agency for
information on accessibility, whether condition, loading establishments and places of interest to
visit.

They Plan to visit in January or February after the Christmas Holiday and fly to Butuan city or
Surigao City before proceeding to Cabadbaran.

DR. VAN GIAP NGO

Dr.Van Giap Ngo Is a naturalized U S citizen who fled Vietnam with his parents late 1974 as a
young child of 10 he remembered to proceed migration to the U S in the Morong refugee center
in bataan. He would like to organize a group of (22 ) fellow refugees. All U S citizen now for a
sentimental visit to the Philippines, sometimes during the summer months. Dr. van giap ngo
requires relevant information on lodging establishment transportation, facilities and tourist
attractions to visit. He would like to make a courtesy call to the town mayor as well and meet
with some local people who used to work in the refugee center. To thank them for their kindness.

SCENARIO FOR PRODUCT AND SERVICE:

USJ- R CEBU HISTORICAL SOCIETY

Sister Ma. Fe Manansala of the University of San Jose Recoletos of Cebu City has requested
your organization to arrange for a two-day and one night tour of San Fernando, LA Union for a
Group of Thirty-Two (32) students. Sister Maria Fe would like to see the sights of interest in
Agoo and Take a tour of Poro Point, where they will check in at the Thunderbird Resort.

Sister Ma. Fe requires relevant information on the places mentioned and some rates for
accommodations and meals, transportation equipment rentals and tour guide services.

Visiting Doctors

Four (4) prominent doctors from Iligan City, led by Dr. Josie Tan, have contacted your
organization requesting information on the major hospitals in Metro Iloilo. They also need
information on Sarabia Manor and Del Rio Hotel, and they would like to do some shopping and
sightseeing while in Iloilo.

They placed to arrive early morning of Day 1 and depart on the Last flight on Day 4, please
provide relevant information foregoing to the preparation of a suitable itinerary.
