Conference overview:
The International Conference on Computer, Cybernetics and Education (ICCCE – 2023) is
scheduled to take place on February 2023 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Cross-disciplinary topics
like computer, cybernetics and education have an impact on everything from communica-
tion, security & data privacy, artificial intelligence & machine learning, data science & analyt-
ics. Due to the interdisciplinary nature of computer engineering, we have developed an
agenda that includes, among other things, communication systems and business develop-
ment. A lot of people are expected to attend and listen to ICCCE-2023, a scientific confer-
ence. We are putting together an incredible scientific programme, led by eminent invited
speakers, researchers, scientists, academicians, engineers, and industry spokespersons, that
will not only highlight exciting new advancements in Computer, cybernetics and education
but also highlight its transformative significance in a variety of advancements and business
development.

Objective of the conference:

 This conference will draw collectively research fellowships from diverse fields in united-
ness, to share their research findings and latest ideas. The main intention of this confer-
ence is to integrate interdisciplinary inquiry to deliver the best applications.
 Attending this remarkable event will help participants sharpen their skills and refine their
ideas as well as approaches by meeting with their peers and counterparts. They will also
have the chance to meet experts and high-level delegates, along with share ideas and
research findings from past and present. Participants can build new networks to meet
different personalities and learn about the latest tools available.
 This conference serves as a unique confluence of networking, entertainment, learning,
and in one ensemble. This event will require you to develop and challenge participants
with their ideas and proposals. The most promising research studies will be issued in

Abstract submission guidelines:
A one-page abstract should be prepared in the following format :
 Use word document while submitting the abstract
 Use 12 point Times New Roman for the main text and smaller fonts may be used for figure
captions.
 The width of each line should not exceed 17.5 cm or 7.0 inch.
 Start the first line leaving a space of 2.5 cm or 1.0 inch on the upper side.
 The Title, Author's Names, and Affiliations should all be centered.
 Insert one blank line between the Affiliations and the main text.
 Main text should be fully justified with single spacing.
 Use bold face with bigger fonts for the Title but not for Authors, Affiliations, and the main
text.
 Please underline the presenting Author.
 Leave a space of at least 2.5 cm or 1.0 inch on the bottom of the text. Page numbers will
be printed there.

Full paper submission guidelines:
 Each Paper has to be broken down into the following three sections when you submit
 Background, Motivation and Objective Statement of Contribution/Methods
 The width of each line should not exceed 17.5 cm or 7.0 inch.
 Results, Discussions and Conclusions
 Total number of pages must be 6-8 in double column format
 In addition, the total number of characters excluding spaces, Title, Author Names, and
Affiliations.

Presentation guidelines:
Oral Presentation:
As an oral presenter, you can deliver your presentation live to an audience effectively and
engage in fruitful discussions with the audience. The registration fee packages (Registration
Link) present many benefits to oral presenters.

Guidelines for presentation:

 Consider the sequence and relevancy of your slides. A current slide should build a path to
next slide.
 Use graphs and charts to illustrate your prominent points. They will help the audience to
clearly understand the content
 Make it simple. Too much fancy graphs and charts with huge data and numbers will con-
fuse the audience. Don’t use flash, gif images and fancy colors. The audience will only
remember those effects, not your message. Make it simple!
 Use the 6-6-6 rule: (maximum 6 words per bullet, maximum 6 bullets per slide, and maxi-
mum 6 text slides in a row). The fewest words with effective imagery will have the most
powerful effect
 Use high-contrast, easy-to-read fonts that are common to most computers. Do not use ALL
CAPS, italics, and other enhancements that clutter and distract. A good guideline is a mini-
mum of 30-point font

Poster presentation:
As a poster presenter you can deliver your presentation effectively to an audience in the form
of a poster. There is no formal oral presentation in a poster session, instead each author is
assigned a display area on which diagrams, graphics, data pictures/photos, and a small
amount of text are presented.

Visual Guideline for Poster

Dimensions for the posters are 2*3 feet (Width 2 and Height 3). Please ensure that your
poster does not exceed this size.

Poster Submission
Please ensure that you handover the poster to the organizing committee at the registration
table.

Poster Viewing Session & Evaluation

A time slot will be allocated for the poster viewing in the conference program and please
ensure that you stand by your poster(s) for discussions and questions during that session.
Poster presenters are able to explain their material, answer questions, exchange contact
information, and fully discuss the subject matter, as visitors examine the displays during the
time allocated for poster presentation.

Virtual Presentation:
If you are unable to attend the conference in person mainly due to financial or any other rea-
sons, but still wish to have your paper presented and published, we offer virtual presentations
for your convenience. There are two types of virtual presentations.

POWERPOINT VIRTUAL PRESENTATION
To be a virtual presenter under the PowerPoint virtual presentation category, you only need to
send us your PowerPoint presentation (with video and/or audio embedded to the presenta-
tion). Your presentation will be uploaded in the conference website.
Please note that the same publication opportunities that are available regular presenters will
also be available to you. You are still required to submit a proposal/abstract, and one author
must pay the registration fee. About 2 – 3 weeks after the conference, you will receive a certif-
icate of presentation, the Book of Abstracts and TIIKM stationary, along with the conference
bag.
Abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book.
An opportunity to publish in conference proceedings.
Conference materials including the author certificate as a virtual presenter, book of abstract
(hard copy), conference program book (hard copy), note book and pen will be posted to
every virtual presenter after the conference.
