RE: FINAL DEMAND

SIR XXX:

I write to you in behalf of my client, XXXX, on the matter of your legal obligation to give
your regular support to your recognized illegitimate child, XXXXXX, seven (7) years old.

Since at the conception of the child, delivery and up to the present, my client is yet to
receive your regular support mandated by law. Despite repeated demands, you failed
and refused, and continuously fail and refuse to give reasonable support described as
follows:

Caesarean Delivery Php7,000,000.00
First 2 years Php100,000.00/Monthly

Php500,000.00 tuition fee

As of this writing, the aggregate amount is (amount in words). Allow me also to remind
you that henceforth until the age of emancipation, my client is asking for the child’s
support as follows: (1) 8 to 11 years old: Php350,000.00 monthly and Php500,000.00
for the tuition fees and school supplies; and (2) 12 to 18 years old: Php500,000.00
monthly and Php800,000.00 for tuition fees and school supplies.

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to avoid the
litigation expense and/or any inconvenience that this may cause you.
