About Department:
Its a division under the Operations at Ola Financial Services which is being set up to deal with the
facilitating operation processes for various OLA group Products currently those being:

Job Description
● Job Summary:
○ Work with leadership teams to implement, track and report metrics across programs.
○ Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts,
disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true
needs
○ Using activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts, document analysis,
requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, interviews, and
workflow analysis to Induce and manage requirements.
○ Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and
operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and reporting skills
○ Work with large Datasets, automate data extraction. Build monitoring/reporting dashboards,
high-value, and automated Business Intelligence solutions
○ Liaisoning between technology teams, support teams and business units
○ Senior BA’s will also be mentoring the Business Analysts
● Experience & Skills Required
○ 1-3 years of Experience in Analytics domain (Startup Experience preferred)
○ Minimum 4+ years of Experience in Business Analytics (For Sr. BA role)
○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
○ Knowledge of statistical tools like R/Python, SAS along with MySQL. Hands on with advanced
excel techniques.
○ Good understanding of mobile and internet products
