Dear

Please treat this letter as a warning for using mobile phone. Further to repeated verbal
warning against excessive usage of mobile during working hour, we are hereby forced
to send this warning letter because we still find no change in your behaviour in spite of
all reminders & notices.

It is the policy of the company that no employee can use the cellphone in working hours
unless important or emergency. This affects the productivity of the person to a great
extent. If anyone is seen using a mobile phone on each working station, the company
considers it a serious offense and the management is also liable to take disciplinary
action against those employees. The company will take necessary actions and start to
deduct 50php from your salary without your knowledge.
