Re: Audit Observation Memorandum(AOM) SDO1-2022-018
Dear Ma’am Nisperos:
Greetings of love and peace!
This is in reply to your Audit Observation Memorandum dated March 22, 2022
recommending the School Heads concerned to submit written justification for the availment of
the paid subscription to Quipper School Premium and Video Platforms despite availability of
DepEd Commons and other free online platforms, like Google Classroom, Canvas Instructure,
Schoology and Quipper’s School LINK and LEARN.
In response to your directive order mentioned in your Audit Observation Memorandum,
the undersigned respectfully state the following reasons:
1) The school heads of the School’s Division Office of Pangasinan I were encouraged then
by the former Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Sheila Marie A. Primicias
to subscribe to Quipper School Premium and Video Platforms;
2) In support to the advocacy of the former ASDS to achieving higher quality of education.
I hope that I was able to answer your query regarding our subscription to Quipper School
Premium.
Very truly yours,

Re: Audit Observation Memorandum(AOM) SDO1-2022-017
Dear Ma’am Nisperos:
A pleasant day!
This is in reply to your Audit Observation Memorandum dated March 14, 2022
regarding the practice of reimbursing the amounts of transactions though the payments can be
made directly to the creditors or suppliers of goods and services.
In response to your directive order mentioned in your Audit Observation
Memorandum, the undersigned respectfully state the following reasons:
1) There are immediate needs to be attended in the school but the MOOE fund is not
yet available;
2) Some bills are low and we presumed that the use of checks is unwise;
3) Some business establishments don’t accept checks.
I hope that I was able to address your concerns. Thank you so much.
Very truly yours,

Re: Audit Observation Memorandum(AOM) SDO1-2022-016
Dear Ma’am Nisperos:
Good day!
This is in reply to your Audit Observation Memorandum dated March 21, 2022
regarding several checks issued last February 22, 2022 to Maydeline Baldueza (owner) instead of
Pepe and Dhenz (business name).
In response to your directive order mentioned in your Audit Observation
Memorandum, the undersigned respectfully state the following:
1) Calasiao Central School was not aware that checks must always be named after the
business name.
2) The school has already communicated to Mrs. Maydeline Baldueza to arrange
matters to avoid the repetition of such mistake.
I hope that I was able to address your concerns. Thank you so much.
Very truly yours,
