their usefulness for used for creaming, stirring, and mixing.
Whisks-This is used for whipping eggs or batter, and for blending
gravies, sauces, and soups.
KNIFE SET
Chefs knife – is an all purpose knife used for chopping, slicing and
mincing
Paring knife – Is used for peeling and paring fruits and vegetables.
Cleaver- is somewhat eavy and has rectangular shape
Meat slicer- used to slice roasted meats, ham and thick solid cuts of
meat
Bread knife – used to slice or divide breads and pastries.
Dinner knife-knife used during meal.
MEASURING TOOLS
Mass scale – use to measure the mass of an ingredient, can be
operated manually or digitally.
Measuring cups – use to measure wet and dry ingredients
Measuring spoons – are used to hold specific amounts of dry wet
ingedients;varying in sizez from a dash to 1 tablespoons or 15 ml.

cooking with ease and speed of a microwave .
Refrigerator- this is a cooling appliances for the storage and
preservation of perishable food.
Blender- this is a kitchen and laboratory appliance used to mix,puree
and other substances
Food processor- this is a electric kitchen appliances that utilizes
several different blades and high speed motor to handle several
different common cooking task .
Burner gas range with oven-this is an appliances with a chamber or
compartment used for cooking
Pressure cooker- that allows to prepare certain foods in less time than
required by conventional methods
Griddle- this is a cooking device consisting of a broad flat surface that
can be heated using a variety of means.
