Smart Governance
SMART COMMAND CENTRE
- Project to establish a Central Regulatory Center to enable data input collaboration
from various Selangor State Government departments for the needs of disaster
management, surveillance, Big Data analysis and so on at the State Government
administrative center level.

CASHLESS SOCIETY
- A collaboration project with digital payment applications such as Boost has begun
the introduction of Trend Cashless Society in business premises and bazaars in several
Selangor Local Authority areas.

COMMUNITY ONLINE OPINION (COOL)


- COOL is an application that allows the people of Selangor to share ideas and views
on community development programs to the State Government. It is an ideal platform to
encourage e-participation and involvement of the people of Selangor in planning and
developing community development programs.

SELANGOR STATE WIDE AREA NETWORK (SWAN)
A pilot project for Gigabit High Speed Broadband Network to connect
the Office of the State Secretary (SUK) with all agencies, departments,
Local Authorities (PBT) and State Government subsidiaries.

Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) business directory platform in
Selangor for Digital business assistance
SMART TRANSPORT & MOBILITY
COMPLAINTS OF POTHOLES WITH WAZE INTEGRATION

Citizens can use existing Waze technology to report potholes at any location. Action will be
taken by the local authority of the area.

How to report:
1. Open the Waze Application. Stop the vehicle.
2. Press the following menu: Report - Hazard On Road - Pothole
3. Press "Send" to report

IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED PARKING & COMPOUND SYSTEM IN


THE STATE OF SELANGOR (SMART SELANGOR PARKING)

The system aims to make it easier for the public to make parking and compound payments
through a single account, a uniform online application and integrated via smartphones
across various Local Authorities. It also serves as a method of improvement and facilitator
for the Local Authority Enforcement Department to carry out monitoring and enforcement.
SMART TRANSPORT & MOBILITY
SMART SELANGOR INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEM (SITS)

This mobile application is one of the Selangor state initiatives to


improve the Selangor Smart Free Bus service for the benefit of bus
passengers as it will enable them to plan their bus journey better. Users
will be able to access all Free Bus information provided by all local
authorities in the state of Selangor. Information such as Estimated Time
Of Arrival (ETA) is provided for each bus stop covered by the Free Bus
Service.
SMART FOOD & AGRO
Selangor Digital E-Supply Chain (SELDEC)
An eco-system through a sustainable consumption online
platform that is able to connect almost all parties, namely
farmers, traders in the market, management team,
delivery team and consumers, namely the people of
Selangor. The entire community is connected together in
a smart marketplace website, inventory management
system and delivery system.
