Dear Ma’am:

Please consider this letter as my intent for applying for a teaching position within your established
institution. I was told by a friend that you are looking for a Physical Education Teacher for the
opening of the school year 2022-2023. Given my qualifications, I believe that I am qualified to teach
in your school.

I completed my Bachelor of Physical Education major in School Physical Education degree in 2020
at Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges, General Santos City.

I am currently teaching MAPEH and Physical Education at Maryknoll High School of Sigaboy, Inc.
and designated as the School Prefect of Discipline and SDRRMO Coordinator. I will be moving
back to General Santos City next school year and wish to continue my teaching career there.

With this burning passion to share my knowledge and experiences, I want to apply for the position
of Physical Education Teacher for Senior High School in your institution. Given my related
experiences and ample capabilities, I would appreciate your consideration for this job application.

I have experienced teaching junior high and senior high school students of different levels for one
year. Though I haven’t had a firm experience yet, I believe that I have already equipped myself with
skills and learning which I have gained through the series of lectures in different seminars and
training I attended in the past.

I choose to submit my application to your institution, as my colleagues told me that you provide a
very good opportunity for your teachers to hone their skills and improve themselves. I believe
choosing what is best can bring out the best in people like me who want to improve continuously.
