How To Check Error Code 51

This document provides troubleshooting steps for error code 51, an over current or surge error, on certain SAKO inverter models. The first step is to disconnect all power sources except the battery and turn on the inverter to see if the problem persists. If so, the second step is to open the inverter, remove the main board, check the OP07 integrated circuit and related components for damage, and replace any damaged components.

Trouble shooting for error 51

Suitable for SAKO inverter: SUNSEE/SUNON/SUNON PLUS/SUNPOLO

Error code 51: (Over current or surge)

Trouble shooting:

Step 1. Disconnect the load, grid input and solar input. Just connect battery and turn on the [Link] still
problem, go to step 2.

Step 2. Disconnect all power source,and open the top cover, take out the main board, place the main board
on the insulated tables. Check OP07 integrated circuit and related components. If any damage, replace them.
