ISOCSEA National Round Guidelines

Before the Examination:

1. Your examination will be on Sunday, June 19, 2022 at 3:00 PM (at Jakarta Time). You will
receive through your email the National Round test link on Saturday, June 18, 2022. If you did not
receive one, you may send feedback to [email protected].
2. Use a laptop, desktop or tablet for the ONLINE TEST. Use separate gadget (mobile phone or tablet) for
this Zoom link:

3. Wear your school uniform or proper attire during the examination.
4. You will receive the SIMULATION TEST link on June 14 and access it anytime until June 18.
5. Secure a stable internet connection. In case of disconnection or power interruption, please notify us
through [email protected] or any IMASO officer.
6. Webcam will be required by Quilgo test system and the Zoom proctor/invigilator. Make sure your two
gadgets have cameras.

During the Examination:

1. Be in the Zoom room 30 minutes before the examination or no later than 3:00 pm. Rename your screen
this way: Grade Level-Complete Name
2. Take the test in 90 minutes.
3. The examination link can be opened at exactly 3:00 PM and expires at 4:30 PM. The 90-minute timer
will start at the same time. You will see counter on top of your screen on the test interface.
4. The test is also accompanied by remote proctoring. The system will ask you to PROVIDE ACCESS
TO YOUR CAMERA.
5. PROVIDE ACCESS TO SCREEN when asked by the system. Select “ENTIRE SCREEN.” We would
know if you have selected chrome or tab only.
6. Switching or toggling screen tabs, browsing online sites, opening of social media sites and the like can
be detected and is prohibited during the exam. Any form of cheating will not be condoned.
7. Your auto-recorded video will be evaluated after the examination. We encourage you to avoid unnecessary
actions that may lead to disqualifications. Once found, the examiner will automatically give you zero score.
8. When you need to communicate with the proctor, use the Zoom chat box instead of your microphone. Mute
your microphone at all times.
9. IMPORTANT: Make sure to SUBMIT your test before the TIME lapses. Failure to do so will
automatically set your score to zero.

After the Examination:

1. Leave the Zoom room courteously.
