Wipe down the X axes on top of the bearing rails on each arm. (Primary PM Only)
Verify the belt tension and adjustment for the X axis of each arm. (Primary PM Only)

Clean the cable residue and dust on contact surface of cable guides of the Y axe on each arm. (Primary
PM Only)
Wipe down the bearing rails on the Y axes for each arm. (Primary PM Only)
Wipe down the rack shafts for the Z axis on each arm. (Primary PM Only)
Check for backlash, looseness, etc. for all parts on the Z axis of each arm. (Primary PM Only)

Inspect the Fluidic System for Leakage and/or Damage – Ensure the ACL-TOP instrument is in the
“Ready” state.
Inspect the Fluidic System for Leakage and/or Damage – Inspect all components of the fluidic system,
especially the components not normally replaced, such as pumps and valves.
Replace all syringes/tips.
Perform the Disk defragmenter on the “C” drive.
Replace the Main air filter.
Replace the Power supply air filter.
Replace Three waste pump winding tubing on Peristaltic pump.
Clean the ORU cradle.
Perform the Cavro/Tecan arms cleaning.
Perform the X-frame, flex-cable channel, square shaft pinion, arms cleaning.
Perform Air and factor diluent blankings – Verify that ORUs 1-4 are enabled (Green LED).
Perform Air and factor diluent blankings – Verify all readings are between 500000 and 1200000 and the
drift is less than 6% (< 6.0).
Perform Air and factor diluent blankings – Ensure Factor Diluent is available in the instrument as
requested by the message box.

Verify cuvette shuttle alignment – End of limit sensor check – Check that the virtual LED for “Shuttle Left
Limit” turns green.

Limit Sensor of the Cuvette Shuttle Assembly turns green.
Verify cuvette shuttle alignment – Cuvette shuttle verification/alignment – Z height and Tilt check and
adjustment – Check that the dowel fits smoothly into the front face of the Shuttle Assembly.
Verify cuvette shuttle alignment – Cuvette shuttle verification/alignment – Z height and Tilt check and
adjustment – Check that the front face of the Alignment Tool is completely flush (perpendicular) with
the mating face on the front of the Cuvette Shuttle Assembly. (The Alignment Tool surface should not be
tilted against the front surface of the Cuvette Shuttle.)

Check that the front face of the Gripper is flush with the front face of the cuvette.

Visually check whether the gripper is centered inside the cuvette. If it is centered, the X-Axis alignment is
correct.

Check instrument software version – Verify the software is at the latest revision.
Perform a General wipe down of the instrument.
Verify there is a “Ghost Image” of the CM Hard Drive.
Replace the Probe and Seal Assembly.
Replace the piercer probe.
