Sub: - Making available the online services of this department notified under
Maharashtra Right to Service Act- 2015, on 'Aaple Sarkar' Web portal.

Ref: - 1. This office letter no- 1336 dated 23/08/2017.


2. Government of Maharashtra, Industries Energy and Labour Department
Notification No- 2015/ C. R. No. 650, dated 29/0112016.

With Reference to subject mentioned above, In accordance with the concept of "Ease
of Doing Business" of the Government, the following services of this department are notified
by the notification referred above at sr. no.2, under the Maharashtra Right to Services Act-
2015.
1. Permission to Erect the Lift.
2. License to operate Lift.
3. Permission to Charge the Electrical Installations.

Out of above, services at Sf. no. 1 & 2 are operational online since 02/10/2016 on
[Link] web portal.
Service no. 3, "Permission to Charge the Electrical Installations" is also made
available online since 31108/2017 & at present it is working properly (i.e. process of online
application to online permission) As such, all the concerned are hereby instructed to take note
that hereafter it is mandatory to submit & accept all applications for Electrical
installation/Overhead line charging permission, as well as permission to erect lift & license to
operate the lift, will be through online process only.
