 All goods will be transported by sea shipment + Ups Special Line method with as
specified.
 The deal is made through DDP and all extra charges incurred in the shipping process
are the responsibility of the shipping company. The price given to the customer is all
inclusive price.
 The documents and requested by the customer written in this contract will be
evaluated in the main fee without any extra charge.
 For each five-day delay that will occur after 30 work days of maximum arrival time,
2,5 % of the overall price will be charged from second party.
 The sipping company shall not be responsible for delay caused by customs inspection
or force majeure.

Documents to be Given by the Shipping Company to the First Party;

3. Bill of Lading
4. Tracking Number
5. Check List ( Detail of Shipment )
6. Product and Freight Insurance Document
7. Certificate of Origin

Shipment;

Shipping operations are the responsibility of the shipping company from taking goods to delivery. In
case of any damages, the transport company has to cover the damage. Actual weight shall prevail.

Price per kg according to the articles containing all the provisions of the contract; ….. $

Note: No any extra fee will be charged for any service other than this fee and all documents
