AIP sugars (honey, black strap molasses,
maple syrup)
AIP fruits/vegetables that are high in
sugar i.e. dried fruit, plantains, taro root
AIP meats that are high in Omega 6's
i.e. chicken, fatty meats
Saturated fat (limit to 15% of total daily
calories)
