Pollen Germination and Bio Practicals

The document outlines the evaluation scheme and requirements for a practical exam in biology. It allocates 30 total marks distributed among one major experiment (5 marks), one minor experiment (4 marks), slide preparation (5 marks), spotting (7 marks), practical record and viva voce (4 marks), and an investigatory project and project record (5 marks). It then lists 5 experiments to choose from for the major/minor requirements and 11 topics to study and observe for the spotting portion of the exam.
