Master Planning Phase
• Master Planning is an extension of conceptual
planning. It looks at the project and its relationship
with overall development for the future.
• It deals with the impact of the proposed plan on the
environment, the economy, the potential for other
development for the purpose of determining the
impact of the improvement.
