INFORMATION
The undersigned accuses ROSELLE LAPUT TESORO of the crime of Violation of
Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (THE COMPREHENSIVE DANGEROUS DRUGS
ACT OF 2002), committed as follows:
That on the 19th day of November 2022, at around 4:20 in the afternoon, at Purok
Avocado, Barangay Guibuangan, Municipality of Barili, Province of Cebu, Philippines, and
within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, without
authority of law, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously have in his
possession, custody and control six (6) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets,
marked as P-ABC-1 and P-ABC-6, all with date, time 11/19/2022 4:20 PM and
signature, each containing 0.04 gram of white crystalline substance, which when
subjected for laboratory examination gave a positive result for the presence of
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (shabu), a dangerous drug.

conducted an ex-parte examination of the affidavit/s of the complaining witnesses; that on the
basis of their affidavit/s and evidence submitted by them, I resolve that there exists a reasonable
ground to believe that the crime has been committed and that the accused is probably guilty
thereof. The accused opted not to avail his right to preliminary investigation and did not execute
a waiver pursuant to Art. 125 of the Revised Penal Code.
