Confucius said: "Do what you want, and you will not work a day in your life." This means that
everyone should find a job that they like. I agree with this statement, therefore, in my opinion, you
need to understand what kind of work you like in order not to work a day.
Some people may find it important to communicate with people face-to-face, while others, on the
contrary, may find it more interesting to communicate with people on the phone. If I had more free
time, I would work full time, but I am in university and cannot spend much time at work. So now I
need a flexible job, but for that I will work for pennies, however this job will allow me to pay for the
dormitory expenses. This is a courier job, for me they have ideal pattern of working hours and I get
a competitive salary, and couriers also have an annual bonus. But I will be interested in a job in
which, firstly, there are good opportunities promotion, and secondly, spending time in foreign
branches. After graduation, it will be interesting for me to work for a large, prestigious international
company. I want to work in a large friendly team.
Many people choose to work from home; they say they don't want to commute to work every day.
This is a plus for working from home, but in my opinion, this kind of work will not work for most
people, because in order to benefit employers, you will need to perfectly plan your work schedule
and have a better work-life balance. If a person does his job poorly, then the company will have to
cut costs for the company. work done from home may not be suitable for the employer, and then
the other person may have to take fewer sick days. After all, my point is that not everyone can work
normally from home, which leads to a reduction in the number of jobs.
The most important thing is to start looking for a job that you like right away. There are many large
companies that are aimed at recent graduates. Therefore, you can have a job offer immediately
after graduation, but before hiring a young specialist, you need to do an internship. Often
internships are held for those who are still studying such internships to be unpaid. On them you
need to burn the candle at both ends to get into a good company and in the future you may be able
to be in charge of the staff. In short internship is important not only for companies that can find
young and talented specialists, but also for the graduates themselves, because it allows you to prove
yourself to show what you are capable of and give you the opportunity in the future to find exactly
the job that you want you to. I could work for my own pleasure and I could earn as much money as
you want. We must not forget that “Do what you like and you will not work a day in your life”. But
one should be wary of companies that simply to exploit young people, they offer internships with
the future of great career growth, but they themselves take advantage of young people and pay
them a pittance.
The most important thing in life is to find the job that you like so that you won't talk later, if I studied
better, now I could buy myself what I want. Many may like something of their own, but I am sure
that for anyone there is a job in which he will feel like a duck in water, despite the fact that it may
seem to you that you are not capable of anything.
In conclusion, work takes up most of a person's life and in order for a person to be happy in life, he
needs to find a job that suits him, otherwise the person will feel out of place. I am sure that
everyone is obliged to do what they love.
