The document summarizes different types of axial expansion joints: 1. Axial Expansion Joint (Fixed Flanged) - Used to absorb thermal expansions and vibrations. Includes a liner to ensure laminar flow. 2. Axial Expansion Joint (Rotating Flanged) - Similar to the fixed flanged type but with a rotating flange. 3. Axial Expansion Joint (Weld Neck) - Connects via a weld neck flange instead of other flange types.

7 WELD NECK S235JR
Externally pressurized expansion joints are an excellent solution for absorbing large amounts of 6 OUTER FLANGE S235JR
axial movement in piping systems. The common applications include Oil Refineries, Liquefied 5 CENTER FLANGE S235JR
Natural Gas (LNG), Steam Plants, Flare Stacks, and Industrial Cooling Systems. Due to the 4 OUTER PIPE S235JR
design of the expansion joint, convolution of the bellows is not a factor. When a compression 3 INNER PIPE S235JR
force is applied to an externally pressurized expansion joint, the bellows extends, like pulling on 2 COLLAR AISI 304
the two ends of a piece of rope. Externally pressurized expansion joints, because they 1 BELLOW AISI 304
incorporate two built-in guides, are rated for minimal lateral movement.

Fabric Expansion Joints
Fabric expansion joints are here made of technical fabrics or elastomers line and channel
components. They are used both for the compensation of mechanical misalignment and for
noise and vibration reduction. The soft material is either mounted on a steel frame or - with low
load - with straps connected to the ductline. Depending on the application, soft material
compensators are manufactured in single-layer or multi-layer design. Due to the multi-layer
structure different functions, such as insulation, tightness, pressure surge behavior, etc. can be
combined according to the specific requirements. Compared to metal expansion joints, soft
expansion joint are characterized by low weight and low reaction forces. Therefore, tissue
expansion joint are particularly suitable for large dimensions at low operating pressures and
gaseous media (air, exhaust gas, flue gas).

Rectangular Expansion Joints
Rectangular expansion joints or rectangular bellows have the same function with a normal
type round metallic expansion joints , it absorbs three types of movements of lateral, axial and
angular. While unlike round metallic expansion joints where the pressure stress is a
circumferential membrane stress, the rectangular expansion joints must be designed for
longitudinal bending stresses. Rectangular bellows have various applications in chemical,
steel, refining, petrochemical and power industries..

Rectangular expansion joints can be designed to accept a combination of axial and lateral
movement. When significant lateral movement is to be absorbed, a twin-bellows arrangement
is usually required. Alternative corner arrangements can be supplied including single and
double mitre and when necessary with rounded corners. Frames and bellows are available in
a wide range of materials, sizes and configurations to meet individual customer requirements.
These expansion joints are invariably used as customised solutions to expansion problems in
rectangular ducting; they are purpose designed and manufactured to match the customer’s
unique requirements.

Sprinkler system is a system which is used at watery suppression systems. According to the
4
analysis %95 of fire has been suppressioned where the place has the sprinkler 5
systems.Sprinkler system activates when the fire starts and sprinkler spreads water onto blaze 2

and prevents fire to be spread. Sprinkler hose and connections set is a flexible equipment which 2
provides connection between the sprinkler and the main pipeline. Seismic movements will not 3
influence the system due to flexibility of the hose connetion set, thus this product can be used 2

Flexible Metal Hoses 1) Braided Flexible Metal Hose

Flexible metal hoses are high resistant to temperature and pressure, easy to install because of
flexible design and has longer life time because of its resistance to corrosion. Flexible metal
hoses can be prefered rather than rigid piping because of easily bending, so can be saved extra
material and labour cost. It is safe to use where vibration and hard liquids because of its flexible
form and stainless steel material. Flexible metal hoses can be reinforced by using extra braiding
to ensure to work in high pressure and temperature. Braided metal hoses are being used for
connection where there is a high temperature and high pressure in the system. Depends on flow
media, pressure, connection type and amount of movement; the number of convolution, the
number of wires and braiding is selected.

Level Switchs 1) Flow Switches

Level switches are used for measuring and monitoring the tank level. Its advantages are high Designed for pipelines where water is used as a fluid, flow switches sense accurately and reliably. It is also
temperature resistance, durable construction that can work in any direction, parts are made of
stainless steel, vertical or horizontal installation is possible. The microswitch changes direction suitable for use in fluids containing salt and chlorine. They are used to open and close the circuit when there
when the magnet moves in the float arm, which moves by changing the liquid level and acting is a decrease or increase according to the adjusted flow rate. It should not be used in applications below zero
on the magnet inside the housing. Information can be transmitted to the pump or solenoid valve. degrees. If the product is to be used outdoors, weather conditions and water contact should be avoided.

2) Level Sensor

Level sensor is designed for controlling conductive measurement principle. It has four different
measurement probe and an electronic unit and without any other control unit it allows to control by
itself.

The sensor has two different conductive level measurement and four different control functions
which are selectable by user. It can be minumum 1 μS/cm and over conductive liquids.

TST-20 Ball Float Steam Trap 1) TST-20 Ball Float Steam Trap

TST-20 is a float steam trap with integral air vent. TST-20 can be installed both horizontally and
vertically but if any other requirements informed before production our standard is horiozontally
which allows flow media from right to left direction.
TST-20 discharges condansate continuously and used in conditions of prompt condensate
discharge is required. Firstly air in the system is discharged by termostatic air vent and which is Materials
closed after operating by steam. When the condensate pass through inlet of steam trap , ball float
is activated and provides main valve open. As soon as condensate discharged, steam arrives to 1 Cover GGG 40,3
