1. God gives us his grace and blessings especially in times when we experience pain, suffering or
even persecution. Recall and reflect on the blessings that God has given to you which helps you to
become a better and strong person and, in your faith, and relationship to God.

- The Lord wants us to have a spirit of gratitude in all we do and say. When we are grateful, we will
have greater happiness and satisfaction in our lives. We will recognize the influence and blessings of
the Lord.-

even nailed to the cross just to save us from our sins. Write a short prayer of thanksgiving to Jesus’
sacrifice because of his love for you, as you lift yourself up from your own pains and sufferings.
-Heavenly Father, on Thanksgiving Day, we bow our hearts to You and pray. We give You thanks
for all You've done, especially for the gift of Jesus, Your Son. For beauty in nature, Your glory we
see, for joy and health, friends, and family.-

- Lord God, thank you for your abundant love and care for us. Thank you for forgiving our sins,
even for the sins we do not realize we commit. Lord, please fill us with your wisdom and your

me through this time where my mind cannot cope. Help me to find peace and calming inner
thoughts. You hold me safe Lord, I trust in you. Amen. -

-Blessed Jesus, in the comfort of your love, I lay before you the memories that haunt me, the
anxieties that perplex me, the despair that frightens me, and my frustration at my inability to think
