The picture illustrates the layout of an office building at the moment and a

proposed site design in the future.


Overall, the major developments will be the enlargement of the offices
inside the building. From the outside, the two large grass fields will be
converted into many different areas.
At present, the main entrance to the building is from the south corner, right
next to the grass field which was on the right-hand side of the building. To
the left-hand side of the main entrance is a row of four office rooms.
However, the plan is to join these offices together with the main entrance
in between. On the other side, a kitchen and a canteen, which are shown
on the existing plan, will also be converted into new offices.
Looking at the building as it will be in the future, there will be significant
changes in terms of the use of the two grass fields on both side of the
building. For the one on the right side, the rest room, which is currently in
front of the storeroom, will be moved to the top right corner. Just next to
the remained storeroom, a coffee machine is expected to be installed. A
new meeting area will also be constructed near the big new office. For the
one on the left side, the entrance to this area will remain, but to the top
left corner, there will be a new patio for people working in the building to
have some outdoor space.
