AFFIDAVIT
AFFIDAVIT OF Mr. Deepak Gahlot, son of Shri. Mansokh Lal Gahlot, resident of Flat no.-293, pocket-A,
Sector-13, Dwarka, New Delhi 110078.
I, Deepak Gahlot, the above-named deponent, do hereby solemnly declare and affirm as under :
1. That I am the Partner of M/s ADM DEVELOPERS, a Partnership Firm and having its registered
office at Plot no. 559 2 nd floor Sector -39 Gurugram HR- 122003 (hereinafter for the sake of brevity
referred to as the “Company”) ;
2. That the Company is seized and possessed of or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to all that
piece and parcel of land admeasuring 10.3125 Acres copy of Licence alongwith Land Schedule
attached located at Village Bidsunarwal, Secrtor – 21, Jhajjar Badli Road, Jhajjar, Haryana
(hereinafter for the sake of brevity referred to as the “Said Property”), designated for the
construction and development of a residential project in the name and style of Saras City
(hereinafter for the sake of brevity referred to as the “Said Project”) , by virtue of attached Copy of
Collaboration Agreement in their capacities therein (hereinafter for the sake of brevity referred to as
the “Said Collaboration agreement”)
3. That all monetary dues that are owing and payable by the Company to collaborator, in terms of the
collaboration agreement, have been duly discharged by the Company, as on the date of the
swearing of this Affidavit and the receipt of such payment has been duly accepted and
acknowledged in written form by _________________ .
4. That the Company shall continue to make all payments as required by the respective authorities in
relation to the land payments or otherwise, as the case may be.
5. That the construction and development of the Said Project on the said property has been
commenced and shall be undertaken without any delays, and as on the date of the swearing of this
Affidavit is ________________________.
6. That the said Property is not subject to any litigation / acquisition proceeding / any process of law
that may have a material effect on the right / title / interest of the Said Property and/or the Said
Project and/or the Company and/or the security interest to be created in favor of Housing
Development Finance Corporation Limited on individual residential units in the said project. Further
the said property is un-encumbered as on date
7. In future If the company avails any loan for the project from any Bank/ Institution we shall keep
HDFC informed for the same and obtain NOC’s as designed by HDFC.
8. I/ We hereby confirm that there is no cash back / buy back / subvention of EMI / Pre Emi
arrangement with any customer, and will inform HDFC before we launch any such scheme during
the lifetime of the project.
9. We hereby confirm we will accept payment in same bank account as intimated / updated with the
Rera Authorities which is mentioned below:

10. We ensure to maintain proper records I our office w.r.t issuance of NOC’s favoring a particular
lender in order to avoid a situation of multiple funding of any specific unit.
