What Exactly is a Targeted Individual?
A Targeted Individual (TI) is a person that has been selected to unwillingly participate in

an experimental program that involves various torture methods, physically, mentally,
and emotionally. Targeted Individuals are selected if they �t to a standard that puts
them on a NIS list (Non Investigative Subject) Whistle Blowers, Scientists and Political
activists making up the majority of TI’s.
How does being a Targeted Individual A�ect your life?
Targeted Individuals are physically, mentally and emotionally tortured daily. Gang
Stalking is just scraping the surface on how TI’s are tortured, harassed, manipulated
and neutralized. A targeted individual’s family relationship is usually destroyed, along
with a spousal relationship and friendships. If the TI’s relationship with his or her’s
family isn’t destroyed, it will be used against them. Family and friends will turn in order
to manipulate and gain control. The most common torture method is DEW (Direct
Energy Weapons) TI’s are hit with these microwave like electronic impulses to mentally
and physically deteriorate the victim. A directed-energy weapon (DEW) is a type of
weapon that emits energy in an aimed direction without the means of a projectile. It
transfers energy to a target for a desired effect. Electromagnetic weapons are a type of
directed energy weapons which use electromagnetic radiation to deliver heat,
mechanical, or electrical energy to a target to cause pain or permanent damage. They
can be used against humans, electronic equipment, and military targets generally. The
FBI & DHS Fusion Centers run the global gangstalking program, which is designed to
harass, intimidate, and break down the target. The FBI outsources much of the
local harassment to community groups, such as Infragard, Citizen Corp, and
Neighborhood Watch. Targeted Individuals are placed on the Terrorist Watchlist and
tracked as “Non-Investigative Subjects (NIS),” so that local police and ambulance can
be instructed not to assist with their emergency calls, through FirstNet.com, which is
run by AT&T.
