GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, EDUARDO, RAY BRADLEY B., of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and a resident of 133
Cor. Resolution Street, Batasan Hills, Quezon City, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint LABRADOR,
MICHELLE R., of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and a resident of 81 Diamond Hill Street, Barangay
Payatas, Quezon City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me, and in my name, place and stead,
to do and perform the following acts, to wit:
1. To negotiate, execute, and deliver all documents necessary to complete the sale or lease
of my condominium units in PARK MCKINLEY WEST TOWER 2 of MEGAWORLD
CORPORATION. Having the power to initiate a sale or lease includes the power of my
attorney to lease or sublease agreements, or any other documents necessary to perfect a
contract of sale or lease/sublease;
2. To buy, acquire, invest, or purchase any lands or properties in my name, and to perform
all acts that are inherently necessary to conduct such sale or acquisition. The attorney is
also authorized to execute and deliver documents necessary for financing in my name and
withdraw funds for purposes of closing my account;
4. To deposit money and to withdraw same by check, receipt, draft or otherwise in any
bank in my name, to sign, endorse, draw, accept, make, execute, deliver and pay checks,
drafts, bills of exchanges, promissory notes, letters of credit, guarantees, and all other
writings, contracts and agreements;
5. To make or initiate repairs with reimbursement, to compel payment from lessees and
initiate court actions for their eviction;
6. To ask, demand, sue for, recover, and receive all sums of money, debts, dues, goods,
wares, merchandise, chattels, effects and things of whatsoever nature or description, which
now or hereafter shall be or become due, owing, payable or belonging to me, in or by any
right, title, ways or means howsoever, and upon receipt thereof or any part thereof, to make,
sign, execute and deliver such receipts, releases or other discharges;
7. To do all other acts, deeds, matters and things whatsoever, in or about my/our estate,
property and affairs, or to concur with persons jointly interested with myself therein doing
all acts, deeds, matters, and things herein, either particularly or generally described, as fully
and effectually to all intents and purposes as I could do in my proper person if personally
present.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about
the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with
power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact
shall lawfully do or cause to done under and by virtue of these presents.
