1. What is the message of your slogan or poster?


The slogan/poster I have created simply demonstrate the role of a
leader as well as the follower in a certain group or organization towards
achieving goals. It indicates unity in order to succeed where there must
be people who willingly and effectively follow, just as there must be
those who willingly and effectively lead. Organizations that have
effective leaders tend to haveeffective followers.
2. How could you influence others to become a good leader
and a follower?
As a student, I had through a lot of experiences of being a leader
and ofcourse a follower. I must say that ive become efficient but not all
the time. In order to be able to influence people you first need to
understand how people work, behave and make decisions. Start by
changing yourself with the right characteristics, exhibit right
behaviours and use soft power more often then people will begin to
respect and trust you. Same goes to followership where you can
influence by simply telling or showing to make them understand the
essence of teamwork to succeed in life by being responsible,
courageous, and the willingness to grow independently.
3. Why do young people need to understand the concept of
leadership and followership?
The concept of leadership and followership will build young
peoples mind to learn to take control of their own destiny, developing a
strong character, setting goals and stay motivated in life. Cultivating
this two will boost their confidence, ability, skills, and most especially
their knowledge to keep them ready for future endeavour.

1. After doing the activity, what have you realized?


I have realized in doing this activity is that ive never become a leader and that I was
always a follower or a member of the group. Might because of the reason of me not
wanting the kind of responsibility it takes to be able to become an effective good leader.
Despite off, I can say that all throughout the journey, im an efficient follower.
2. What do you think are the characteristics of a good leader and
a follower?
Questions
There’s a lot but here are some essential leadership and followership traits, these are
as follows; integrity, delegation, self-awareness, gratitude, influence, empathy, courage,
respect, compliance, patience, honesty, optimistic, and forward-looking.
3. Are you a good leader/a good follower?Explain your answer.
I can say im good on those two but most likely efficient in terms of following. There
are times that I tend to forget in designating task and that’s the main struggle by being a
leader but then im really good on motivationg my members. In terms of followership I
always comply and responsible to the assigned task on me because its less responsibility
so Im always on time accomplishing them.
4. Who influence you most to become a leader or a follower? and how?
Most of the time I have the urged to become a leader because of the influence I saw
from my previous group leaders at school. I also admired the leadership of some great
presidents and organization leaders like scientists. Meanwhile ive been influence the
most to become a follower by its nature, I mean I have always been most of the time
together with my co-follower were we tend to go along and empathize with each other.
