Dear Dr. TUAZON:

Quality education is our mission to give for the students. But this can be executed and
comprehend when teacher/s provide excellent teaching in both theoretical context and practical
output. The concrete standards that a teacher must perform as basis set by this university are
to give all necessary lessons needed in their field of specialization.

Since I was not able to hold a class for more than a week because of the travel processing the
permits three days (March 4-6, 2014) and shipboard for five days (March 7-12, 2014) with the
BSHRST III students and also other school activities that I and my students involved which had
brought to postpone my class.

Hence, I would like to ask from your office allow me not to give final examination on March 17-
19, 2014 for I will be having a make-up class on all of my subjects during the scheduled final
examination of this semester. After which I shall give written or practical exam on the following
week. This make-up class will give me ample time to discuss the very important lessons for my
classes.

Your approval in this request is highly appreciated. Thank you very much.
