BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Hello leaners! We have a lot of exciting concepts to learn this week! As you walk
through with this lesson, you will enjoy playing improvised instruments of the Lowlands of
Luzon, and for the arts you will be fascinated how the gorgeous and intricate
architectures from the different parts of lowlands of Luzon was built.
You will also learn how to do the basic skills in arnis particularly the blocking
techniques and lastly for health you will do health appraisal of yourself and you will
understand why having a regular health appraisal is important.
