oINTRODUCTION
Education is a never-ending process of gaining new experiences, not
only inside the classroom but also in the outside world. Teachers teach
because it is their vocation, mission, and passion for their profession. It is a
life-long mission guaranteed to help the community and the country.
Trial and error, building confidence, and the onset of mastery are
constantly occurring nowadays. It is a time to strive for competence rather
than perfection. Teaching is a process by which prospective teachers show
their students to have the resiliency to survive the reality of the world today.
Students must comprehend the importance of lifelong learning because this
could be the ideal component of developing youths into better and more
competent individuals.
Becoming a student teacher is rewarding. It is an experience that can
never be replaced by something or someone. Learning in the actual
classroom is a must to know the scenarios and situations that student-
teachers can encounter in the field and how they will solve those situations
by themselves without violating the rules of being a teacher.
Teaching is a honorable profession. The preparation to face the real
situation that will soon be upon students, it will take a lot of preparation as
well as more practice sessions.MATUGAS

AND LEARNING (PRE)
In my perspective, learning is a vital, intrinsic, and ongoing
process that lasts a lifetime. As a future educator, I believe
everyone can be a teacher and a student. Additionally, they must be
capable of demonstrating their passion for education and the idea
that every engagement is an opportunity to both teach and learn.
All students have a chance to demonstrate their knowledge, values,
and abilities through evaluation, which is the primary goal of
enhancing learning. Furthermore, I believe that learning is a
process of understanding the reality of the world. Students must
learn because it is the reality that they must participate and learn
how to solve world problems.
As a future educator, I believe that teachers must be the ones
who guide students in their path. They must teach the students how
to walk and stand on their own and become resilient, resourceful,
and globally competent. Teachers develop strategies, techniques,
and methods to deliver their knowledge, subject matter, and content
efficiently and effectively.- - BELIEFS ON TEACHING
- ‘ AND LEARNING (POST)
As I experienced the classroom setting during my Field Study
internship, my beliefs in teaching and learning changed. I believe
that to become an effective teacher, is to help the students build
their self-confidence. Students may have motivations for learning,
but we will play a vital role in ensuring that children sustain and
increase their interest in studying.
To increase the student's motivation, the teacher must develop
teaching strategies based on students' needs. Teachers can increase
the effectiveness of their learning if they consider the students'
capabilities and learning styles. As future educators, we must also
create an atmosphere that encourages students to study harder. If
students are reluctant to participate in class discussions, their
learning will decline. I consider it essential to create a welcoming
and encouraging climate in the classroom. Furthermore, I believe
that teachers must always provide feedback to their students
because it is helpful for students to know their mistakes so that they
can improve their tasks.BELIEFS ON TEACHING
AND LEARNING (POST)
Moreover, teachers must continue to remind their students of
the importance of education in their lives, especially during this
time of Pandemic. Many problems in Post-Pandemic have
occurred, economically and culturally, so teachers must educate
their students on their roles as a member of society.
Lastly, maintaining high teaching standards can be helped by
ongoing reflection and review. Frequently, we must be able to
evaluate and reflect upon the ways that we teach. Teaching is not
all about giving knowledge but also giving wisdom.CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

During my class observation in Grade 10 Lakandula, I encountered different behaviors and
characteristics of learners under Mrs. Madelyn C, Buenaobra, The learners were ages 15-17 years old,
The total number of students was 55, composed of 25 male students and 30 female students
As L observed, most male students are more likely to run and walk in the classroom and
sometimes in the hallway, Male students are more active physically than female students, Sometimes
they punch each other in a friendly way, but sometimes aggressively.
tudents tend to become more aggressive when talking to their peers regarding something
irrelevant to the subject, which they shout in the classroom, Moreover, students are very talkative
‘with their classmates, which is also a cause of distraction to other students, On the other hand, somestudents are quiet and do not want (o socialize with their classmates, even during class activities.
Despite not talking to their classmates, they are active in school work on their own.
Based on my observation, not all students are not intellectually advanced, but some are serious
about their studies. Some students are having difficulty speaking in front of their classmates, and some
cannot properly read the text in the visual aids, Female students tend to be more focused on the subject
matter than male students, They are always reciting and very active in creating their class activities,

STUDY OBSERVED
The Pasay City West High School was my Alma mater when I was in
Junior High, which means it is close to my heart. I have a lot of learning
learned from my cooperating teacher and the students who became part of my
Field study journey at PCWHS. Firstly, the diversity of students is the most
challenging based on my experience as an intern. It is difficult to handle such a
large number of students, specifically the Grade 10 Agoncillo and Aquino,
which has the highest number of students among other sections I observed. It
became clear to me how to become a great teacher in just one month of
observation at PCWHS. Being friendly and strict is not an option for being a
great teacher. You must promote companionship and encourage students,
especially students who are going to move up to Senior High School, which is
another challenging journey of being a student before going to college. The
promotion of companionship is one of the significant aspects based on my
observation. Some students without peers or alone are more prone to get lower
grades or are more likely not to participate in class.
The PCWHS has an inclusive education, which means that they are also
students who need special needs and are interacting with classmates. Some are
interacting with their teachers and interns. During my stay at PCWHS, the
most invaluable experience I will cherish is how my students are friendly to
me, even though I am their student-teacher. I gained their respect by respecting
them. We, student-teachers, appreciate our students’ friendliness but be aware
of being taken advantage of by them. There is nothing wrong with being
friendly, but we must control it. Lastly, the Araling Panlipunan Department,
specifically my cooperating teacher, taught me how to become a real AP
teacher and manage and handle naughty and disobedient students, which is, I
think, the difficult task of being a teacher.oO, EVIDENCE OF LEARNINGEVIDENCE OF LEARNINGEVIDENCE OF LEARNINGEVIDENCE OF LEARNINGoO, EVIDENCE OF LEARNINGREFLECTION

Teaching is not a strenuous profession to be. It is a fact that teachers
have a lot of work to do, not only in school but also outside the campus.
However, loving your profession makes your work enjoyable and easy. As a
student, I never underestimate the teachers’ passion for teaching their students.
And that is the reason why I chose to become one of them. In addition, being a
teacher is highly respected among other professions because without teachers,
there is no engineer, doctor, etc.
As I observed and experienced being in a classroom setting, I was
surprised at how hard to be a teacher in such a diverse classroom. I noticed
how my cooperating teacher managed the classroom with some disobedient
students and interacted with them. I also noticed the behavior and actions of
the students when the teacher entered the classroom. They behave and
sometimes walk to find their seats, and some students are quiet. A teacher
needs to manage the classroom to encourage students to study harder.
However, still, the students are the ones who motivate themselves.
It is crucial to provide feedback on students’ performance after doing their
tasks bi them to do their best. Students
when the teacher enforces positivism, like rewards. In addition, attendance is a
must because it is part of the student's performance, including the number of
