SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ______________, married to _________________, a resident of Barangay Pit-os, Cebu


City, heir of the late _______________, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint
_____________________, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married to __________________, and
a resident of ____________________, to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my
name, place and stead to do and perform the following:

1. To REPRESENT me in the execution and signing of the Extrajudicial Settlement of


the Estate of the late ______________ and ______________;

2. To TRANSACT, NEGOTIATE the terms and conditions of the sale, SELL, CEDE,
DISPOSE and TRANSFER in favor of any person, government entity, firm or corporation,
qualified to acquire or own real property in the Philippines, a certain parcel of land situated in
Barangay Pit-os, Cebu City and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. ____________;

3. To CAUSE the preparation, EXECUTE and SIGN the Extrajudicial Settlement of


Estate with Sale, Deed of Absolute Sale, or such other documents as may be needed in the
authority given to absolutely and unconditionally transfer the title and possession of the
property described above;

4. To ACCEPT the consideration of the sale, with the authority to ENCASH and/or
DEPOSIT the same should the payment be in check and to PAY the corresponding capital gains
tax and other taxes related to the said transaction; and

5. To EXECUTE and SIGN any and all other documents in relation to the
abovementioned powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney full powers and authority to do and
perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do, if personally present, with full
powers of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
