Hiring
Project description
The hiring process is the foundational
and crucial part of a business. The MNCs
learn about the key underlying trends

process relating to the hiring process here. Before

hiring freshmen or anybody else, a
corporation should consider trends such

analytics
as the number of rejections, interviews,
sorts of jobs, openings, etc.

Approach
I imported the data records and prior hirings into
Excel after carefully reading the directions and
taking into account the facts that the team actually
needed in order to obtain a deeper grasp of it. From
there, I discovered the information the team would
require to complete their hiring process and provide
answers to specific queries using the data.

Tech-Stack Used
I used excel 2016 version

Insights
I used a number of Excel formulas to generate the insights,
and working on this project helped me how to use Excel for
professional reasons. I also gained more knowledge on
how an Excel pivot table functions. The data provided
regarding hiring process analytics seemed understandable
to me. A corporation should carefully consider a lot of
trends before employing freshmen or anybody else,
including the frequency of rejections, interviews, job
categories, and vacancies that I discovered.
