I. INTRODUCTION

Yummy Tea milk tea shop is a strong milk tea shop which aims to provide
customers with quality at reasonable and just price. Our company targets the
students, couples, family, teenagers, and young professionals'. As newcomer in the
milk tea market, yummy tea seeks to come up with products that will distinct our
competitors, a product that provide satisfaction, quality taste and new variety of milk
tea. Thus we present sorbetea , a taste beyond milk tea flavor that's craze among the
younger generation and the classic dessert ice cream .yummy tea wants to create a
product that will help survive the downfall of the trend of milktea once it happens.
Currently there is tough competitors are entering the market. We at yummy tea,
integrated and reviewed our past strategy in able for us to exceed past performance
and increase our efficiency: sorbetea as a product will bring consumer the new taste
of the revolutionizing milktea. As new product, yummy tea aims to shift costumer's
unawareness to awareness through advertising, to build up sales through our new
product and build and establish strong reputation in milktea industry.

II. RATIONALE OR BACKGROUND

Problem – Bubble tea cafes are growing in popularity throughout the Philippines, but
the city of Tagum has yet to get in on this trend. When it comes to daytime relaxation
and refreshment, there are few contemporary options, with a focus instead on more
old-fashioned coffee shops and fast food.

Solution – By placing a YummyTea in the downtown area of Tagum City, we will be


making a modern food service location easily accessible to the under-30 population
of the city. It will be appropriate for all ages and all times of day, not just mornings or
late evenings, with options for all tastes and price ranges.

Market – YummyTea downtown location will place it conveniently near to the local
university and high school, as well as other service-oriented businesses. This will
provide the most convenient possible location for local residents under the age of
thirty, as well as making it easy for residents to integrate our business into their daily
or weekly routines.

Competition – There are no other Milk tea cafes in the entire upper peninsula of
Davao del Norte. The nearest alternative, a smoothie or juice bar, also lacks any
meaningful presence in Tagum City. What the city offers instead are more traditional
coffee shops, which offer some cold drinks, but which ultimately focus on selling hot
caffeinated beverages in the mornings. Fast food restaurants also offer some cold
drinks, but their selections are limited, and are not associated with quality.

Why Us?

The founder of YummyTea will be entering the business with a sound sense of the
financial side of business management, the foundation on which most small
businesses fail. Furthermore, he has a strong local network of community members,
maintenance workers, and experienced food service managers. In conjunction with
years of experience working with bubble tea cafes in more coastal cities, he is
uniquely positioned to take advantage of this gap in the Tagum City marketplace.

Business Overview

YummyTea is registered as a limited-liability corporation housed in the state


of Michigan. The owner and founder Dan Gabriel Sabac, owns all present shares.
There are currently no outside investors involved in this company, nor is the sale of
any stock planned for the foreseeable future. Due to the fact that bubble teas have
started gaining wide acceptance in the Philippines, we are establishing our bubble
tea business so as to offer our various customers quality tea as well the choice of
having different flavors. We have our customized store in place to cater to all our
customers in public places. Our bubble tea business is located in a strategic location
that is not saturated thereby offering us the opportunity of attracting more customers.
Also, we are located in the place that is easy for customers to conveniently have
access to. We have carefully considered our competition in our store and are rest
assured that we would stand out from them due to our quality products and services
with affordable pricing and also due to the fact that we have laid down public
strategies that will be effective in making us stand out once implemented. Our
employees are the face of the business and so we not will only pick competent
employees to help run the business but also be able to communicate the brand
effectively will be trained on how to make bubble tea that are of standards. This
business is an excellent business concept that will allow us to create our niche and
become a nits recovered in the market. However due to the pride in professionalism,
we decided to hire a business consultant to take a hard look at our business concept
and let us know if we have any chance of survival in this business.

III. PROJECT DESCRIPTION


The project entitled opening a YummyTea Shop. Its goal is to successfully open a book
café and make it effective and profitable. It will be done through selling coffee, pastries
and book to implement the project, we shall follow a timeline/workplan.
