Virtue cultivation Reflection 5

Persistence, perseverance, and dreams - many times I have set back, but these

have always pushed me forward. As a future accountant, I am still in the process of

acquiring knowledge. To be a good professional, you must first be an ethical person

who performs good work with the public interest in mind. Therefore, as aspiring

professionals, we must cultivate the virtues that promote our moral development.

In a business environment, we must refrain from anything that can affect the

quality of our financial statements, as it can also affect decision makers. Transparency

in financial accounting processes and deliverables is the essence of our profession. We

aim to help decision makers, so the truth must not be hidden or fabricated. I think he

wants us to realize that as accountants of the future, it is our duty and privilege to

reflect on what is in front of us and to be as truthful as we can in the business.

As leaders, we must lead others to serve the public without endangering people

or the environment. Virtues development plays an important role in developing the

mental, emotional, and moral strength of future and current professionals and

leaders. These will help us rid ourselves of our vices and begin our personal and

professional growth. With the wisdom and values that make me a professional

accountant and business leader that I am proud to be an aspiring professional.
