Being associated with the construction profession for

such a long time, I always had a desire to establish a
construction company strong enough to curb many of
the prevalent ill practices in the industry, such as
time/cost overruns and quality lapses.
With these objectives in mind, Falaknaz Group came
into being. Along with this, there was a desperate
desire to get a reputable space in the market with a
brand that is recognized all over Pakistan and admired
on the basis of its outstanding performance. By the
grace of Almighty Allah, Falaknaz Group is now one of
the most renowned builders and developers in
Karachi. Timely completion and achieving highest
standards have helped Falaknaz in building it’s
customer’s trust.
