1. That the Applicant is the Respondent no. 1 in the captioned matter.

2. It is most humbly requested to this Hon’ble Court that due to the sad

demise of the mother of the counsel of the Respondent no. 1, the

Respondent no. 1 will not be able to appear on the listed Next Date

of Hearing as a lot of rituals and prayer meeting has been scheduled

for 30.11.2021.

3. That the aforementioned event is unforeseen, unavoidable and of the

most urgency and the Respondent no. 1 hereby most humbly


requests this Hon’ble Court to kindly take up the captioned matter on

01.12.21 at 02:00 p.m.

PRAYER
