Piña Elementary School YES O YEAR END REPORT

Piña Elementary School conducted various activities through its YES-O program to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in preparation for limited face-to-face classes, including a school-wide clean-up drive where they cleaned and planted areas around the school, painted classrooms, and created vegetable gardens. In maintaining the cleanliness of the school surroundings, Piña Elementary School in the collaboration of
Sangguniang Barangay, PTA and other stakeholders we take part in the implementation of the activities in YES-O. We conducted
Clean up Drive around the school. During the Clean up Drive , we clean the school surroundings. We also plant different plants,
flowering and non flowering in pots. Vegetable plots in the garden was also made. We also clean and paint the classroom to make it
ready for the Face to Face classes.

During the implementation of activities we also encountered some or minor challenges. Because of the pandemic we
were always hesitant to get the attention of parents. Many of them has no means of communication and they were live very far from
each other. So when there is activities in school like school clean up drive , few parents only were present.
